Dear customers, please keep in mind, that since my soaps are handmade in small batches, they may not all look the same.
All my products are for personal, hygiene purposes, therefore I do not accept returns. I recommend placing your orders starting with small quantities, or a sample if available.
I, as a responsible manufacturer, honestly and clearly state the ingredients I use in the formulation of my product. Please read the ingredients list under the product descriptions before purchasing to make sure you are not sensitive to them. Please note as with any product, discontinue use if irritation develops.
If I have made an error, and you received an incorrect or defective item, please notify me within 7 days for a refund to your account or the creation of a new shipment.
