Dear customers,
I ship only within the USA, related provinces/territories, and to all APO/FPO addresses. I do not ship internationally.
The standard shipping time is approximately 5-7 days.
I need up to 1-2 days to prep your order. If you placed your order on the weekend or holiday, it will be shipped the following business day. I provide customers with tracking numbers.
Please make sure you enter your correct address on your order to avoid the cost of reshipment. Sorry, I am not responsible for incorrect addresses and lost shipments.
I have a restriction: a maximum of 22 soap bars/items per order.
I use the USPS carrier. USPS rounds weight up to the next pound and to the next inch in the box dimensions. For example, if your order weight is 1 lb and 1 oz, you need to pay for 2 lbs.
Shipping of 1-2 soap bars/items falls within the 15.99 oz range.
Shipping of 3-5 soap bars/items falls within the 2 lbs range.
Shipping of 6-8 soap bars/items falls within the 3 lbs range.
Shipping of 9-11 soap bars/items falls within the 4 lbs range.
And so on.
My goal is to cut the shipping price as much as possible. Therefore,
my shipping charges are based on the “USPS Ground Advantage Commercial – Parcels” and “USPS Ground Advantage Commercial Parcels – Cubic”, depending on what’s cheaper. The commercial rate is cheaper than the retail rate too.
In accordance with the above, here is the table of the shipping charges for different quantities of soap bars/items:
1-2 soap bars/items = $8.50
3-8 soap bars/items = $11.90
9-11 soap bars/items = $13.70
12-22 soap bars/items = $17.25
Thank you so much for your orders!
Best wishes and regards,
Elle.
